ACROBOND MPR adhesive for bonding flexible or rigid PVC

Description

ACRObond® MPR adhesive is specially designed for bonding flexible or rigid PVC, ABS, PS Choc, ASA or SAN, ensuring fast, effective bonding (gutters, profiles, cable trays, preformed parts, flat surfaces). It sets quickly and is especially recommended for PVC joinery work, also providing good thermal insulation.

ACRObond® MPR is an acrylic resin-based adhesive, giving it excellent resistance to impact, vibration and temperature variations. It is also resistant to chemicals, humidity and UV rays, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

As a rigid adhesive film, ACROBond® MPR adhesive sets well initially, with good resistance to humidity and temperatures ≤ +80°C. Low deformation of plastic profiles compared to traditional welding adhesives.

• Available in a colourless finish, it is ideally suited to PCV joinery work for its excellent UV stability without yellowing.
• Application: by extrusion on 1 side and wet posting (< 2 minutes)
• 180ml tube
• Rapid initial set in 10 to 15 minutes. Final set in 24/48 hours.
• ACROBond® MPR adhesive withstands high temperatures up to +85°C and low temperatures down to -25°C.
