KALITACK MSP 200 is a sealant-adhesive of very high quality, easy to use, and which has exceptional properties in humid environments. Its MS Polymer technology gives it excellent adhesion without a primer, even on wet surfaces or directly underwater. Formulated to respect the user, it is odorless and maintains permanent elasticity over time.

KALITACK MSP 200 cartridges have a capacity of 290ml.

Our advice for using KALITACK MSP 200

Surface preparation

Surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry, degreased, dust-free and adherent (humidification of the substrate is however permitted in certain cases).

Application of KALITACK MSP 200 adhesive sealant

Apply KALITACK MSP 200 by extruding a bead onto the substrate or onto the element to be bonded using a manual or pneumatic gun:

• Keep the tip of the cartridge slightly tilted (about 45°) relative to the surface.
• Pull the gun slowly and steadily while pulling the trigger to extrude the sealant.
• Apply beads in parallel (so air moisture between the beads can polymerise the adhesive).
• The sealant must be applied in a continuous and uniform line, without interruptions or excessive thickness
• Assemble materials as quickly as possible (max. 10min) depending on the temperature and relative humidity of the air. Correction is possible.

It is recommended to obtain a thickness of about 3.2mm between the two faces so that the adhesive can resist dimensional variations in outdoor environments or those exposed to high humidity.

• Cleaning product : Use acetone or industrial wipes.
• Finishing : smoothing with soapy water immediately after application
• Precautions for use : use personal protective equipment and comply with the instructions indicated on the product packaging.
• Storage : must be stored in a place between 5 and 25 degrees in a dry and cool place. Can be kept for 18 months.

Not recommended for joints with a width/depth of less than 5mm.
Not suitable for bonding on PE PP PA, PTFE (Teflon®) and bitumen.
