ASUTEC motor replacement kit for Camarol above-ground pool cover

Spare parts to replace an Asutec motor on an above-ground Camarol pool cover

This kit allows you to replace a faulty or dysfunctional Asutec 80Nm or 120Nm motor on a Camarol above-ground pool cover. In the event of an Asutec motor failure, you will need to change both the motor line and the electrical control box. Asutec motors are no longer available for purchase due to the closure of this manufacturer of motors and electronic boards for pool covers. To provide a replacement solution, we have selected 100% French components with a high level of quality. This set of components, notably from the Unicum catalog, will make your pool cover functional again.

The kit includes:

• Unimot 120Nm Unicum motor with HDPE support bearings and its screws for Camarol pool cover
• Universal control box for above-ground pool covers

You will need to keep the 24V power supply already installed on your system. Remember to check that it delivers between 24V and 30V maximum to the pool cover post. If you are in doubt, we advise you to replace your power supply with a new generation one available here: 24V DC power supply for above-ground pool cover

How to install the motor in your Camarol pool cover?

To install the motor in the tube, you will need to drill the axle in order to attach the support bearings with the provided screws. A 16.5mm diameter conical drill bit is necessary to ensure the screws are flush with the axle.
