Safety brake

This motor for submerged pool covers features a permanent holding brake patented by UNICUM. This brake (CONSTANT POSITION SYSTEM) keeps the cover in position even in the event of a power failure. Compared to a standard electromagnetic brake, this brake uses neither friction pads nor a control system. In fact, there is no contact between the permanent magnets, so it is impossible for the brake to get stuck. This improves the reliability of the motor.
