Change of mind? Not suitable? You have 14 days to return a product
With Coverdeau, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days (see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale) from receipt of your order to return a product or your entire order. Depending on your requirements, we can either refund your order in full or exchange the product for another of your choice.
The product will be returned to us at your expense and under your full responsibility.
Conditions for returning a product
Our return policy is simple:
- Product returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- The product must be unused, in new condition and returned in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalised products (dimensions, colours, options) cannot be taken back.
- The packaging must not be damaged
- The product must be accompanied by the invoice
Any return that does not comply with these conditions (personalised, damaged, used, modified or incomplete product, return deadline exceeded) will unfortunately not be accepted. The product will be returned to us at your expense and under your full responsibility.
How to return a product
- In your Customer Area, go directly to Orders and click on Refund Request. Fill in the Refund Request form. If you have not created an account on our site, please contact us via our contact page. In your request, please indicate your wish to return the product(s) ordered and the reason for the return. Your request must reach us by Internet no later than 14 days following receipt of your item.
- As soon as our Customer Service has received your request, it will confirm the Return by e-mail. You then have 20 days from receipt of the confirmation by our Customer Service to send us the product(s). The postmark or carrier’s stamp will be taken as proof.
- Pack the product correctly so that it is well protected during transport. We remind you that, contractually, your product travels under your own responsibility and at your own expense. The product in its original packaging must be sent in a box designed and adapted for transport.
- It is essential that you enclose a copy of the purchase invoice in the parcel. Remember to insure the product with your carrier, declaring the replacement value of the product, so that you can be properly compensated by the carrier in the event of loss or damage.
- Send the parcel to the following address: Coverdeau – 17Bis Route du Petit Conseiller 33750 BEYCHAC et CAILLAU. You are responsible for return postage costs.
- As soon as we receive the product, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.
- We will proceed with the refund. You will be reimbursed, within 15 days at the latest, by bank transfer or by a refund to your credit card account. If you wish to exchange the product, we will send you a credit note to be used against the new product you have chosen. You will then be able to place a new order. If the amount is greater than your credit note, you will have to pay the difference. If the amount is less than your credit note, we will refund the difference.
