Orders for products in stock placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day!

Are you in a hurry? In its desire to offer its customers a quality service, Coverdeau manages all its goods in a single warehouse located near Bordeaux. From Monday to Friday, for products in stock, Moustiquaire store dispatches all orders placed before 12 noon the same day using the MONDIAL RELAY, LA POSTE & CHRONOPOST carriers.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours if all the products in it are in stock. If this is not the case, your order will be dispatched within 5 to 7 days maximum. For made-to-measure products, the delivery time is 10 to 20 days. As soon as we have handed over your parcel to the carrier, you will receive an information e-mail.

Tracking your order

You can check the status of your order at any time by going to your customer area in the Orders section.

Or if you have not created an account, you can track the status of your order by going to the Track my order page and entering your Order Number (received by e-mail) and the e-mail address you gave when you made your purchase.

You will be asked to contribute to the cost of processing, handling and delivery for all orders.
